When You Arrive at the Expo:
Present the following when you register at the WCE Press Office.
A Photo Id
A Copy of Your Registration
A Business Card
You must submit an online application in order to be considered. Press members who miss a deadline are encouraged to resubmit 7 days prior to deadline.
On-site registration can be approved or denied at the discretion of World Culltures Expo and are bound to the same restrictions as online registrants.
Due to the high number of Press applications, organizations will be limited to receiving up to four (4) complimentary press passes only.
Additional passes can be purchased for a discounted rate of $20 for the full convention weekend for any remaining individuals within the company who would like to receive press membership. All additional passes are still subject to the convention review process.
Provide proof of your relationship with the organization you registered with in the form of links to staff lists, your byline, scanned business cards, letters of assignment on official letterheads, etc. along with links or attachments of previous works when you submit your Press Pass Registration form.
